Hey fellow Poodle and Doodle people - let's meet and let our dogs play together at local Twin Cities parks! … Group activities will include: walking, hiking (with or without dogs), tennis, rollerblading, badminton, bocce, volleyball, softball and kayaking. The target demographic will like to do these things, but like me, not seriously enough to want to join an official league. Join us to meet local people who like to walk. Walking is so much more fun with other people, isn't it? We'll be walking different trails and parks around and outside the St. Paul/Minneapolis area. It is dog friendly if your dog is friendly. So let's start walking and talking. Keep in mind this is not a hike but just a walk. Email me if you know somewhere great to walk. We hike local parks near the Twin Cities. Our hikes are somewhat more strenuous/ rigorous than those offered by most of the area meetup groups. The group is social, but also fitness-oriented. The pace is moderate, but everyone is expected to keep up. Until the foliage gets thick later in the spring, most of our hikes will include some off-trail travel (i.e., through the woods).
