We are a group of Astorians who own/love dogs and we are on a mission to restore Bugsy's Dog Run at Astoria Park. Most of the legalities are done, we are just waiting for final approval, and then we will raise funds and get to work! In addition we will be organizing dog related events, from playdates at the park, to road trips to dog-friendly beaches in the summer and whatever other suggestions our members come up with. My wife and I are from NY, but just moved to Long Island City near the water. We live a couple of blocks from the dog park on Vernon.
