Interest for a fenced park wained as the City would not committ land for a park right away..but instead of doing away with GBP, the volunteers wanted to continue working with the City Shelter to help get as many dogs and cats adopted as possible. Meet with local dog trainers and dog guardians to learn new tips on training your dog all while walking around the lake. Combine your exercise, your dog’s exercise all while having fun, meeting new friends (human and canine) and learning new training techniques each time. All dogs welcome, must be on a leash. Or just come to socialize and have fun! The Dog Pack will be part of your new extended family in a short time!
